We use ConnectWise remote access application to view, control and resolve issues remotely. Invictus support representative will walk you through the remote assistance process.


Step 1: Call Technical Support at (416) 613-8750 or email us at [email protected]

Step 2: While on the phone with Technical Support, you will be given a unique session key. Enter the Session Key in the box to the Left and click Submit to initiate the screen-sharing session.

Step 3: You will be prompted to download a small plug-in. Once the plug in is downloaded open and run the plugin

Step 4: With your permission, your support representative will be able to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
