We use ConnectWise remote access application to view, control and resolve issues remotely. Invictus support representative will walk you through the remote assistance process.

Step 2: Please download the agent. Once the plug in is downloaded open and run the plugin.
Step 3: With your permission, your support representative will be able to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
