We use the ConnectWise remote access application to view, control, and resolve issues remotely. An Invict support representative will guide you through the entire remote assistance process. If you’re a managed IT service customer, our agents can also connect using Invict-Atera agent.
Step 1: Contact our Technical Support team by phone at (416) 613-8750 or email us at [email protected].
Step 2: During your call, you will receive a unique Session Key from our support representative. Enter the key in the designated box and click Submit to start the screen-sharing session.
Step 3: You will be prompted to download a small plug-in. Once downloaded, open and run the plug-in to enable the session.
Step 4: With your permission, your support representative will be able to view your screen and, if necessary, control your mouse and keyboard to assist in resolving the issue.
Step 5: After your issue is resolved, the support representative will disconnect from your system, and the ConnectWise agent will automatically be uninstalled from your computer.
